Performing an ultrasound

Have a previous work injury [REDACTED]- was found to have Rt shoulder neck muscle issues with impingement of nerves. At that time had nerve symptoms shooting down to arm. Improved with restrictions rest and PT. Over the [REDACTED] 3 [REDACTED] I have noticed the nerve symptoms recurring. Right shoulder forearm pain with numbness of digits 1-3.
