Transferring pt form car to wheelchair.
What happened
Patient was in car needing assistance to go get to wheelchair. Placed gait belt around patients waist. [REDACTED] was able to help pivot legs out of car. My teammate and I counted to three. [REDACTED] helped some with standing. While pivoting patient to wheelchair patients legs gave out slightly. My teammate and I were able to safely assist patient to wheelchair.
