Accessing port
What happened
I was accessing patient port. While accessing patient had jumped which resulted in the needle not entering the middle of the port. No blood return was noted so I was trying to adjust the needle without de-accessing the port. This resulted in the patient jumping again and the needle de-accessed on accident and poked my left index finger through the glove. Minimal bleeding occurred from my finger.
