What happened
Writer was cleaning up after putting an IV in. Writer had a used vacutainer and 20G needle (which was retracted) in her hand. She moved them to the left hand and felt a pinch. Writer did not see hole in glove but took glove off and saw small hole with blood. Writer unsure if pinched or what needle could have poked her. Both needles were covered.
