What happened
I was transferring a peritoneal fluid from a conical to aerobic anaerobic bottles using a syringe and needle. I hardly pricked my left index finger (medial side) but it was enough to leave a tiny red dot on my skin (although I wore gloves). I immediately took off my gloves and wiped my finger with an alcohol pad and there 's a very subtle mark left on my skin which leads me to believe I broke my skin.
