What happened
I was told by the Nurse that patient is up x 1 with walker and pivot to the commode. When I went to help patient to the commode I did not feel comfortable getting her up by myself so I called the Nurse and another nurse came in to help. We both were there and helped her get up when all of a sudden she started to slipped. So the nurse and I were holding her up and she wrapped her right leg around my right leg and put all her weight on my lower back and right leg. We both had to lift her up in order to get her back in bed.
