What happened
Patient was found unresponsive face down on floor. Multiple team members present to assist patient. While patient up patient awoke and was confused. At this time we were attempting into wheelchair when her legs buckled from underneath her and I was in front of her and caught her. While lifting patient at this time I felt sudden back pain and numbness radiating down to my left foot.
