Placing arterial catheter making space to clear prior central line setup

[REDACTED] 10 had a unstable patient with aortic rupture. Access and monitoring lines needed to be placed for resuscitation. Central line was placed but kit was still next to patient. While trying to clear the central line setup to place an arterial line next exposed hollow-bore needle sticking out and my hand was stuck with this needle
