Boosting a patient with a physician.
What happened
We had to boost the patient up twice. Felt a twinge in my lower back when boosted patient. It was sore at first. I used heat packs on my back the [REDACTED]. Worked [REDACTED] and came home coughed and back completely went out and was unable to move without extreme back pain and spasming. Went to the Emergency Room on [REDACTED] for treatment and pain relief. Per ED physician off work for a few days follow up with employee health and ortho.
