Cleaning Reposition Changing dressing and Boosting up patient.

Patient is on vent. Patient need to be cleaned and boosted up. The patient 's HOB was not completely flat because she desaturates fast. While pulling the patient toward me with the help of another staff I felt that my left shoulder got pulled. I was using proper mechanics and using the air tap. While boosting up the patient I felt the pain on my left shoulder. I was at the HOB using air top but HOB of patient was not flat to avoid desaturating.
