TEAM MEMBER WALKED IN THE OXYGEN TANK ROOM AND TRIED TO REACH FOR A BOTTLE OF TUBE FEEDING WHEN HIS FOOT HIT THE TUBE FEEDING POLE AND ROLLED CAUSING HIM TO FALL AND HITTING THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS NECK ON AN OXYGEN TANK. HE ALSO MENTIONED HE IS FEELING PAIN ON HIS RIGHT KNEE RIGHT HIP AND RIGHT ELBOW
