Worker reached right hand inside of a wooden pallet and punctured top of right hand approximately 1 8 deep on an exposed stray nail.
Injury or illness
Hand was bleeding wound was cleaned and bandaged. Worker developed redness and swelling around the punchure wound the next day so he visited the ER for a tetanus shot and a prescription for an oral antibiotic.
