TM was working on repacking long and heavy metal material with TL on each end The material slipped out of the TMs hands causing 1 piece to slide into the cut resistant glove and another piece to slide against the TMs right wrist causing a deep laceration on the inside of the wrist due to cut resistant sleeves not being worn TM reported to GL and SOC was called TM was driven to [REDACTED] for further evaluation TM returned to work once visit was complete
