Team member was counting body shop parts in an open container in the high bay racking in [REDACTED] With the pallet removed from racking and set upon the floor the team member began sorting the stacks inside of the container to get an accurate count on the material While moving the stacks of material the team member heard an audible click and felt a pop in their right hand This sent a tingling sensation up the right arm to the elbow The pain associated with the injury initially was mild but when the hand was positioned in a certain way a twinge would occur causing shooting pain up the arm Upon return to work [REDACTED] the same pain is felt in the right hand whenever gripping items in a certain way Currently experiencing a loss of grip strength focused in the middle finger in the right hand
