Team member was picking up a part to move it from the cardboard packaging in repack into a returnable knockdown tote This is our standard repack process When picking up one part another part was loosely attached to it This second part object then slipped from their hands and fell 25 feet and struck their leg This part cut through their pants and cut their left leg The laceration was approximately 25 inches long and 18 of an inch wide Employee was treated by a 3RT member general first aid Telehealth was contacted and recommended being seen by medcore for evaluation
