[REDACTED] was in [REDACTED] He called at [REDACTED] to report that he ran his foot over with the pallet jack He says he doesnt think its broken but its a bit swollen He is not seeking medical attention at this time and can continue his route He stated that he can walk and hes fine Once he arrives to his hotel he will ice it and check to see how its feeling and he will inform us if he feels he will need to seek medical attention I spoke to him again at [REDACTED] and he stated that he was on a liftgate in the rain suspended in the air and the pallet jack rolled forward It was on his foot and a forklift driver lifted it He says it hurt at the time but he is not hurt He has some scrapes on his foot but he has full range of motion and only needs some ice Upon his return to [REDACTED] he called in on [REDACTED] to inform [REDACTED] that he was going to [REDACTED] Upon leaving the hospital he informed [REDACTED] that he fractured his toe He will be going to the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and wil
