It was downpouring rain was dripping on the steps slipped on 1st step and hit her back and head on the top step She drove back to the warehouse and her boyfriend who works for Amazon left work and took her to urgent care They cleaned back of head I heard from someone else it was bleeding but she did not say that and said it didnt look like a concussion She said she woke up [REDACTED] and her back hurt more than [REDACTED] She is eager to get back to work but still in pain Scheduled [REDACTED] we will pay her for the day [REDACTED] her full shift [REDACTED] and she will work in the office starting [REDACTED]
