At this time a vehicle travelling had struck the left side of [REDACTED] 5 just behind the passenger rear door. Exited [REDACTED] 5 to check on injuries of the vehicle that struck him at this time he called for an ambulance for the patron that struck his vehicle. Also requested an ambulance for himself due to pain in his neck left shoulder arm and left leg.
