What happened
A mixer driver was climbing the mixer ladder to wash out. While climbing he struck his left knee on the ladder hinge causing intense pain. He got down and tried to walk-off the pain. He then washed down the mixer. He then called dispatch and reported the injury. Employee was transported to [REDACTED] where he was examed and X-rays performed. He was placed on light duty.
