Associate stated that they had pain above their right-hand thumb and weakness in their wrist when holding a pan in their right hand. Associate works in the QA Lab and is required to use whisk spatulas and their hands to mix biscuit roll dough gravy and waffle mixes. They also transport metal trays to and from the oven.
