Was wearing safety glasses but felt particle in left eye mostly likely from fine metallic particles blown off parts and fixtures with compressed air. Flushed eye with eye wash solution thought any debris had been washed out. Irritation continued after work hours and worsened by the following day a [REDACTED] prompting employee to go to area Emergency Room to seek relief.
