What happened
Employee stated he initially felt pain in his right scapula on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] during FRACO installation operations. Specifically employee was welding portions of a FRACO scaffold to the building. Employee worked a full day [REDACTED]. Employee returned to work on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] where he stated he felt greater pain in his shoulder soon after coming to work at approx. [REDACTED]. Employee again worked a full day which included briefly grinding metal plates in order to weld the FRACO tot he building. The employee stated he was holding the grinder overhead. The employee was also making connections to the scaffold on [REDACTED] which translates to welding plates underneath the scaffold itself.
