Employee was gathering materials needed to tie in FRACO scaffolding to the building structure. At this time the employee stated that his left eye began to twitch. It is gather at the time of this report that an unknown foreign substance entered the employee 's eye sometime between the start of his work day and [REDACTED]. By [REDACTED] the employee stated that he discovered his eye was nearly swollen shut after asking another employee to take a look at it. At this point the employee informed his foreman and drove himself to Wills Eye ER.
