What happened
Across from blue cell there are a pair of bathrooms. Inside the womens bathroom the far right stall was caution taped off due to being out of service. While exiting the bathroom an employee slipped on water that was leaking from the defective stall. Landing on their tailbone the employee found the strength to get up and call for help. When help arrived the employee stated they were experiencing numbing and tingling sensations throughout their tailbone. At this time a wheelchair was provided to assist the employees transportation to the ERT team.
