What happened
I was starting an IV for a patient that was [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in ED room 1. [REDACTED] was looking over my shoulder while I was starting IV. MD stated he needed to find OPA and began looking through cabinets and carts. At this point [REDACTED] bumped into me causing me to stumble to the side and dislocate IV and puncture myself with the same IV cath.
