The employee was doing K.O.O.S. in [REDACTED] cell primary focus was [REDACTED]. The line was a little slow so decided to help K.O. an S&[REDACTED]. Load it with a hoist. It slipped out the clamp gave out. Pinched finger between the bottom of the casting and the top edge of the core box dumpsters. Reload it. Went to check out finger applied pain reliever cream and wrapped it came back.S&[REDACTED] is big and heavy the employee states the clamp gave out or the pressure dropped. The employee left hand upright and right along right corner and as it slipped it kind of landed rolled flat on his finger.
