Before the incident
Worker was sliding out a 20.25 length die (weighing 104lbs.) from the [REDACTED] track onto a die cart. When the die was almost off the track the edge stuck into the teflon coating of the die cart. In order to completely take the die out of the ebrake track the worker had to rock the die back and forth to free the edge from the teflon coating. Once the die was free the die rolled over away from the worker and the worker rolled his hands with the die. This action created a tightness under the workers right shoulder
