Employee was applying heptane to band on machine #4 building a 25 tire when he accidently jogged the machine using a foot pedal causing the drum to slightly rotate an estimated 4-6 while his arm was still positioned inside the drum resulting in a hyper-extension.

Employee accidentally jogged the machine via use of foot pedal while employee left arm was inside of drum. As a result the employee left arm was struck causing discomfort.

Shift to left elbow causing discomfort to the employee.

Edges of rubber material from liner band that had been previously invertedly stretched over the end sections that were being prepared for turn up process.

Left elbow discomfort caught by moving machine.
