Associate was performing non routine replenishment to the ‘put wall’ in the Refer department by manually moving boxes off a pallet and when they went to pick up the now empty pallet they tripped over it stumbling into the pallet [REDACTED] location. During the stumble there was one empty pallet in the location that they tripped towards. As they placed their hands in front of themselves to catch their fall their right pinky finger was bent backward by the edge of the pallet.
