[REDACTED] reports: I came to the [REDACTED] living room and resident [REDACTED] had gotten up and had walked across the room to resident [REDACTED] and was touching her hair. [REDACTED] was swatting her away. Then as I walked towards [REDACTED] I said “don’t bother her [REDACTED] come sit back down. [REDACTED] then looked over to me as she was turning she started to fall I rushed to her and lowered her to the ground to soften her landing. All of her weight strained my right arm.
