Employee was working at the Assembly Rework station and was removing a bracket from the part After removing the NOK bracket the operator Flung or tossed the bracket into the Scrap bin When he did this he felt a pop and sharp pain in the Right Elbow The employee continued to work and did not immediately report the incident The employee called and messaged me before the next shift that the pain was worse and he needed to be seen by a doctor
