Excused himself to use the bathroom stating he might vomit. [REDACTED] time later [REDACTED] called the front desk via his cell phone and stated he had fallen in the back-office bathroom area and he needed help. He was lying on his back on the floor his eyeglasses were lying to the side of him and his phone slightly behind his head. Stated he was walking out of the bathroom and slipped on some water he fell hitting his head on the nearby countertop on his way down. [REDACTED] stated his head hurt. Paramedics were then called as [REDACTED] had begun to vomit and they transported [REDACTED] to St Joseph Hospital.
