Employee was at vendor 's location tot drop off pick up parts. He picked up a pallet of parts to move them in the back of the truck. When he turned his foot caught the edge of another pallet causing him to fall forward with the pallet he was carrying.

Tripped on pallet causing fall while carrying another pallet of parts.

At first his abdomen hurt as it would if you fell forward landing on something. Throughout the day he had a burning pain in his abdomen. Later that night he felt bloated stomach felt hot to touch and the burning feeling continued. Was determined once going into clinic that he had a hernia.
