While moving a box weighing approximately 50-60 lbs the employee experienced pain in their lower back. The employee did not report this at the time of the incident and it went unreported until [REDACTED]. The employee reported this to their supervisor who then reported to HSE. Further evaluation by an occupational health provider determined that further actions were unwarranted.
