loosening bolt with torque gun

At approximately [REDACTED] operator in axles was backing out the castle bolt on the tie rod after it failed to tighten to proper spec. Operator placed left hand on the knuckle while operating the torque wrench with the right hand. As the torque wrench began to loosen the castle bolt the knuckle shifted causing the operators finger to become lodged between the torque tool and the knuckle.
