Regular maintenance duties

Employee was putting bushing and sprocket back on press roll shaft. EE used finger to line up key and keyway. Key went in and pinned left ring finger causing a laceration and fracture.

EE was placing a sheave back onto edger press roll. While pushing another employee was prying up and down to help get sheave on bushing. When the sheave moved the EE 's finger was smashed between the sheave and bushing.
