At about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was delivering a package at [REDACTED] when [REDACTED] entered the driveway and the vehicle Workmen were present at the premises so [REDACTED] proceed to deliver the package at the front door While going towards the door a huge German shepherd dog rushed towards him angrily To prevent being bitten [REDACTED] ran up the steps at the front door where there was a grill DA fell over the grill about 10 steps downward While on the ground [REDACTED] realized his left arm was in severe pain
