Picking up cases of parts

[REDACTED] states that she picked up a pallet of parts that had a piece of metal sticking out of the bottom. She did not realize and had placed it on the palm of her hand and sort of spun it on her palm into the machine and noticed that it cut her left palm. She went to the ER at St. Mary 's in [REDACTED] because she was unable to stop the bleeding since it was in an odd place and she thought she needed stitches. They bandaged it and gave her antibiotics. No stitches and no need to return. They did not place her on any restrictions for her hand.
