What happened
EE was attempting to open the Dome lid on a blood tanker #10888 to off load. EE removes 2 camlock cap on center of dome lid and at the time the relief valve was only half open. The camlock cap blew off from tanker pressure when he pulled the locks down and it fractured the tip of his left thumb.
