worker was walking down the hallway holding two bottles of liquid drain opener. one bottle in the lefthand and one bottle in the right hand. Employee was headed to work area

worker states that he was carrying two bottles of liquid drain opener. One in the right hand and one in the left hand. One of the bottles slipped out of his hand and hit the floor. As the worker was bending over to try to catch the bottle the top popped off and the chemical splashed into both the left and right eye. The worker was seen in the ER at Oneal hospital. The worker has had multiple eye doctor visits and is now being referred a Retina physician in [REDACTED]
