Transferring product from the shuttle truck to his box truck using a dock plate and manual pallet [REDACTED].

After transferring all the products the EE went to stand-up the metal dock plate by himself that was bridging both his box truck and the shuttle truck. When he lifted one side of the plate he felt pain in his lower back. The dock plate weighs approx. 150 lbs.
