THE GATE WAS OFF THE TRACKS. THEY ATTEMPTED TO GET BACK ON. EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING THE GATE UP ANOTHER EMPLOYEE PUSHING THE GATE CAME LOOSE. HAND WAS ON BOTTOM OF GATE AND IT WENT INTO THE WHEEL AND CUT HIM.
