Before the incident
According to a witness statement injured associate was on a work phone call in his office when another associate asked him for raisins. Injured associate closed the door to finish his work phone call. Still according to the witnesses the other associate was visibly upset about the injured associate closing the door in his office. When the injured associate came out the other associate (ie. aggressor) had a verbal disagreement. They were on their way to Human Resources while waiting for the elevator the aggressor started to physically attack the injured associate.
