What happened
As the employee lifted the box the right side handle broke causing his right arm to shoot upward striking a metal shelf with his elbow. The employee continued to work but when the pain continued he went to the nurses office to be checked. The elbow has no bruising cuts or swelling. The nurse gave the employee an ice pack and an asprin for his pain.
