What happened
Employee failed to clean out the [REDACTED] after every core sample and [REDACTED] got stuck in the tube of the drill he then tried to release it with the tool provided. Employee placed the drill horizontally and attempted to insert the tool in the coring tube to push the [REDACTED] out but during the movement he missed and his wrist hit the tip of drill causing a semicircular laceration as he was not using gloves as PPE
