Employee was standing on the side of the casting machine when a set-up technician was showing her how to put the guards on the back of the machine when a piece of an ingot was left on the hook. I piece fell into the pot of melted zinc causing a splash. the metal splashed on her face arm and leg causing 2nd degree burns
