HE SHOWED HER HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER THAT WAS PARTIALLY DISCOLORED SWELLING AND DISCHARGING PUSS. [REDACTED] ASKED WHAT HAPPENED AND HE SHARED THAT HE MUST HAVE HIT HIS FINGER ON SOMETHING ON [REDACTED] BECAUSE HE NOTICED SWELLING IN HIS FINGER THE FOLLOWING [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). HE COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY DETAILS OF WHEN THE INJURY OCCURRED AT WORK.
