Before the incident
Using router to enlarge a speaker box that had been assembled and finished. Hole for the speaker wasn 't large enough so he was attempting to use the router to enlarge it. Router jumped or skipped and caught employee 's hand.
What happened
Employee was using a palm router (laminate trimmer) to enlarge the opening in a speaker box. He was using his left hand to hold the box and had the router in his right. The router caught and jumped the opening hitting his left hand.
