Jumping down from the bunk in a camper.

Employee was working in the bunk of the camper. Someone moved his ladder and he decided to jump down from the bunk. He was in a sitting position and using the handrail so he described it as a controlled fall or jump of 18 - 24. He landed on his feet and didn 't immediately notice any pain. As the day and week went on he began to notice soreness in the arch of his left foot. He finally reported to me on [REDACTED] that it was sore and he was going to take it easy over the weekend.
