Moving cabinets into position in a camper shell.

What happened

Employee was working overtime on a [REDACTED]. He was positioning a refrigerator cabinet and wardrobe inside a camper shell. He had assistance lifting them into the camper but was sliding them across the floor to get them into position - sliding shuffling or rocking pushing. He didn 't notice immediate pain but was sore [REDACTED]. Said he hoped it would clear up and after about 3 weeks felt better Said he had about a week with no symptoms and then it came back. Now when he sits back (in a chair) he also experiences numbness in that area. Also says when he looks down he reaches a point where there is pain up and down his spine.
